Raymond “Mikey” Warmuth grew up building homes alongside his father, Ray Warmuth, who founded Timberlane Homes in the 1970s and helped establish it as one of Anoka County’s most respected custom builders. Learning the craft firsthand, Mike built his first homes side-by-side with Ray and has personally completed over 500 custom homes throughout his career. With a lifetime of refined craftsmanship and a deep commitment to quality, Mike carries forward the Timberlane legacy—where every detail matters and every home is built to last for generations.

Bob White brings decades of hands-on construction experience and deep community roots to Timberlane Homes. A longtime resident of Spring Lake Park, Bob owned and operated a successful sheetrock and drywall company, building a reputation for quality workmanship and strong relationships throughout the area. As a general contractor, he has built multiple homes within the community and worked closely with local inspectors and city officials, giving him valuable insight into every phase of the building process. His commitment to service, integrity, and attention to detail aligns perfectly with the values Timberlane was founded on.
